Healthy Home & Office Cleaners currently provides professional cleaning services across the Twin Cities metro area, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding communities.

As we continue to grow, our goal is to expand our trusted, eco-friendly cleaning services throughout Minnesota and into other states — bringing the same level of care, quality, and reliability to homes and businesses across the region.

At Healthy Home & Office Cleaners, we value your time and appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide reliable service to all clients. Please review our policy below:

• Cancellations: You may cancel your service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment with no penalty.
   
• Late Cancellations: Services canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $70 service and booking fee.
   
• Missed Appointments: If our team cannot access the service location at the scheduled time, it will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the same $70 fee.
   
• Refunds: If payment has been made in advance and the cancellation meets the 24-hour notice requirement, a full refund will be issued.
   
• Processing Time: All refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after approval.
